I wish I could give more than a 5 star review, this company (Brandon specifically) came to our aid in a moment of crisis and helped us significantly! Brandon was professional, great at his job, kind, and willing to talk us through everything.

After a torrential rain storm (roughly 36 straight hours) our house, along with many others in the area, had a flooded basement. We are first time homeowners and have only lived here for 4 months. So, to say we were stressed is an understatement. Our finished basement (one of the reasons we bought the house) had several inches of standing water. We called a few places to try and get help but because the entire town had similar issues, no one was able to come. We finally found 180 Property, specifically Brandon, and he arrived 30 minutes later. Brandon stayed late into the night getting the water out of our basement. Not only did get the job done incredibly well, he talked us through each step so we would be fully aware of what happened and how we can avoid it in the future. Then, after getting the water out, removing damaged wainscoting, and helping us with insurance and to find a repair contractor, Bradon stayed exactly within his initial estimate.

180 Property does an EXCEPTIONAL job, actually tries to help their customers, charges a fair price, and does not bill beyond the estimate. I couldn't recommend them or Brandon more. If you have water damage, don't call anyone else, call 180 Property Restoration. You will be grateful that you did.

Brandon, Frank, and the team did a fantastic job of removing the mold from our home's attic. They assessed the problem (poor ventilation) and remediated the mold. The OSB plywood sheets look brand new after they were in. Brandon's price was the best out of the three quotes that we recieved, but he also went above and beyond to check other parts of our home at no extra cost. I felt like he assessed the situation as if it were his own home and took care of everything. Highly recommend!
